I am happy to initially verify the benefits of any potential client with whom I am in-network and file claims for you; however it is in each client's best interest to contact and govern their own insurance affairs.

Helpful Tips: Call your insurance company well ahead of time. Most insurance cards have a member phone number on the back of the card and distinguish between medical and mental health benefits. Ask whether or not a provider (therapist, counselor, psychologist, or doctor) is considered in or out of network. Find out what your copay, deductible, and coinsurance are, if any. Some insurance companies limit the number of sessions they will pay for so be sure to ask about that too. Don't forget to ask what the insurance company's reimbursement rate is if you elect to seek treatment from a provider that is not in-network. Always make notes including the date, time, and who you spoke with.
24 Hour Notice is Required
I reserve a full hour out of my schedule specifically for each and every client. Please provide 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointments.
